Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging your treasures to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.

1. Order Processing Time

All Nocimi pieces are processed with care.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or Made-to-order items: Please allow 7-14 business days for crafting before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options:

 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 5–7 Business Days
  • 2–3 Business Days
  • 7–21 Business Days

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nocimi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

We want your Nocimi experience to be perfect. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us immediately at info@nocimi.com.

 

For your peace of mind, high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure they reach the right hands.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Nocimi cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
