1. Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your jewelry must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
Simply reach out to us at info@nocimi.com.
Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will unfortunately not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the jewelry is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@nocimi.com. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right—at no extra cost to you.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons:
Customized/Personalized Pieces: Items made specifically for you (e.g., custom engravings).
Earrings: Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or using gift cards are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new piece.
6. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
Timeline: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank Processing: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
